Sneak Peek - Clinical Gender Test
Sneak Peek Clinical Gender Test - Blood test only
A Sneak Peek Gender DNA Blood Test can be performed from just 6 weeks into pregnancy.
Lets you know the gender of your baby
You can use Sneak Peek's Pregnancy calculator, but we recommend booking the Scan and Sneak Peek package to avoid being under 6 weeks and not being able to obtain a result. Without an ultrasound scan we will also not have any information with regard to number of babies. See Sneak Peeks FAQ's for more information.
To find out how many weeks your are using Sneak Peek's Pregnancy Calculator.

Sneak Peek Clinical Early Gender DNA Test is a blood test taken from the mothers arm t determines the gender of the baby from 6 weeks into pregnancy. The clinical Sneak Peek test has an accuracy of 99.9%
How does it work?
A blood sample is taken from the arm and the sample is then sent off to The Sneak Peek laboratory in California for processing. Once the sample has been processed the Sneak Peek lab will email the results directly to the customer. The results usually take one week (excluding weekends) but can take anywhere from 5 – 10 working days.
The test is actually looking for the presence of a Y Chromosome (the male Chromosome), so, if there is a Y chromosome present then, confirmation of a male baby is can be made. On the other hand, if no Y Chromosome is detected then a female baby is confirmed.
For twin pregnancies the test can only confirm if there is one boy, but if no Y chromosome is detected then it can be safely assumed that there are two female babies.
